Hawaiian Chicken
1 Can Sprite
1 Jar of favorite BBQ sauce
1 Can Pineapple with the juice
1 Onion
1 Green/Red Pepper
3-4 Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into chunks)
Place all ingredients into the crock-pot. Cook for 4-6 hours or until chicken is done. Serve over rice. You can add more peppers and onions if you like. Of course, this would be a great crowd pleaser and easy to double or tripple if needed!!!!!
