Well, everyone probably knows this man. Tony Horton is known for his fitness, clean eating and training. Started with Power 90. I remember when that came out. I had some GREAT friends that jumped on board and completely changed them. It was incredible.
So now we have Power 90, P90X, P90X+, 10 Minute Trainer and I am sure there are books and more videos on YouTube than you can imagine.
Have you done one of his programs? I have the P90X. Do you want a challenge? Do you want to change? Do you want to be pushed to your limits? This is an incredible program. Through Beachbody, you can chat with all of the other people that are taking on the task of making it through his program. Life got in the way of my finishing it the first time......I WILL BE BACK!!!! P90X has such a mix of exercises. Tony calls it using muscle confusion. He is exactly right. Anything from 90 minutes of yoga to 16 minutes of Ab Ripper X (which is appropriately named) and of course my favorite....PLYOMETRICS!
