These super-healthy
patties make a mouthwatering, protein-rich vegetarian alternative to
hamburgers. Serve them up on a whole-wheat bun with garlic lemon mayo, fresh
raw spinach, sliced tomato, and caramelized onions for a lunch or dinner hit.¾ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup finely diced bell pepper
2 tbsp very finely chopped onion
½ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
1 large clove minced garlic
½ tbsp cumin
½ tsp salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 egg
3 tbsp olive oil
