I had tried this past year back in March/April and was actually doing VERY well with it and THEN....we started traveling due to summer vacations and visiting family. I even took it with me several times and tried but it was just NOT happening. Once again, I quit! In the next couple of weeks my friend Danielle started talking about Challenge Groups. I gave excuses and then agreed to do it.
I started with Brazil Butt Lift. I totally underestimated BBL. I would do the workouts and be drenched in sweat when I got finished. I was sore in places that I never knew existed. It was amazing. The changes and the weight was coming off. I'm ready to try P90X one more time! The 60 days was over QUICK! I jumped right in with P90X. Yes, once again people told me I was a NUT but I was determined. I had a Challenge Group to keep me accountable. I just had to this time!!!!
I can officially say that I have completed P90X and LOVED IT!!!! I Pushed Play on days I didn't want to and I was tired BUT felt awesome when I was finished!!!!! It was amazing!!!!! I feel better than I have in years. I actually LOVE weights!!!!!! I have never said that before. They can do things for you that cardio NEVER could!!!!! So, here are the pictures!!!!
