P90X3.......DONE!!


I FINISHED!
I ACTUALLY DID IT! 
I SWEATED!
I FUSSED!
I LAUGHED!
BUT
I DID IT!!!!!!!!!

 So here are my results. (Picture will be coming)
Weight Lost-10 pounds
Thigh-2 inch in each
Arms- 1 inch in each
Chest- 2 inches
Waist- 1 inch
Hips- 2 inches
Favorite Workouts- MMX, Challenge, Warrior, Yoga
Dislike- Pilate's
Push-Ups- Before- 15 on my knees
                  Now- 25 NO KNEES
Band Pull-Ups- Before- Red Band
                         Now- Yellow Band
Burpees- Before- ZERO!
                NOW- I can keep up!!
Dive Bombers- Before- 5 Max
                         NOW- 12!!!
I am stronger! I am confident! I have muscle definition in my arms and shoulders that I NEVER THOUGHT I would have!!!!! 

READY for the next CHALLENGE!!!!  Starts MONDAY!!!!!
