But I love my specialty coffee’s



Do you love speciality coffee's and drinks as much as I do?  There is nothing better than a Chai Latte or a Caramel Machiatto or even some type of Frapaccino.  At the same time, we want to stay on track and keep going with our fitness and our healthy goals.

I was reading the new Runners' World Magazine-November 2017 and there was a quick little article about Coffee Addiction.  They offered a couple of tips that I thought I would share with you.


1- Try a REALLY good coffee with a splash of milk.

2- Save the sweet treats for 2 times a month and not daily or even weekly.

3- Order the SMALLEST size of the drink that you can.  Savor and enjoy the drink.

4- Ask for ONE PUMP of syrup instead of the typical 3 or 4 pumps of syrup.

Great ideas I had never considered!!!!!
