That TIME Again- Part 2

Well, the other day I shared about “What do we do now?”  It’s that weird time between Christmas and New Years and we are tired and ready to get back to the “normal” of what our lives look like.  Kids return to school and the work schedule resumes back to a normal day.  The idea that we are heading into a new year AGAIN!  We even wonder where in the world did the year go.  It was 365 days, 52 weeks and 12 months are GONE!  The questions that seem to come to our mind at this time EVERY year!  
1- Where did time go?
2- What did I accomplish this year?
3- What do I want to accomplish this coming year in 2018?
Those are the 3 questions that have really been pressing in on me over the last 2 weeks.  I took place in a course on line about learning how to set Goals for the new year in my business.   It was something that came at the perfect time.  It was exactly what I needed.  
Here is what really hit home for me.  Plan your Goal based on what a BIG GOAL that you have set for the year 2018 and then back it up and think through how you are going to get there and what is going to be required of you and maybe your family.  Exactly what does that look like?  Here is the “Mind Blown” moment.......Plan it out 3 months at a time.  WHHHHAAATTTTT?  Yes, exactly, back it up and think about what is required and plan it out 3 months or 12 weeks at a time.  
So what does that look like?  
Get out a few pieces of paper and let’s do this!!!!
First- Think about what you were able to accomplish and felt good about last year.  
Pen to paper and WRITE- Don’t over think it.  Time yourself.  You have 10 minutes.  Make your list. I’m not going to suggest things that you could write because I don’t want you to use them.  
Second- Write down your BIG GOAL for 2018.  That one BIG THING you want to accomplish that you want to see yourself accomplish by the end of the year. 
Third- Think about 3 Goals that you would like to accomplish in the next 3 months.  
What do they look like?  
Just a reminder of what we mentioned yesterday - Work- Faith-Family-Business etc.  
Pick 3 Goals that you want and write them down.  
Make sure you leave room between the 3 Goals.  
Fourth- Now, think about each GOAL and write down underneath each one- 
What is required of you? 
What will be required of your family? 
What do you need to do different? 
What do you need to do to step out of your comfort zone?

Now, I want you to post them.  HUH???  Yes, I want you to share them with your spouse, your BFF, your accountability partner, your business partner. You can even share it in the comments below or send me an email.  This is a challenge.  It’s difficult to consider.  I know it’s hard to dream about what  we want.  We get so wrapped up at times about what others say that we should need or what we should do or what we should be doing.  This is something can change your outlook.  It’s ok to DREAM and REACH for YOUR GOALS!!!!!!  

I will share mine tomorrow and you can see what is on my Goal List for 2018.  I can’t ask you to do something if I don’t do it myself.!
