Did You Sweat Today????

This is probably one of my favorite sayings.  I know I just love it when I go to the gym and I have sweat pouring, my shirt is soaked, my hair is wet under my ball cap and sweat is dripping into my eyes and I look over and.....there they are.  Those sweet people that walk around and look lost or they get on a machine and go 1000 miles an hour and appear as though they may collapse.  If I knew they would not be totally offended, I would leave my machine and offer to help. 

Why do you go to the gym? 
Why do you exercise?

Personally, it is for mental and physical well being.  I need to loose more weight and in the mean time gain some fitness, and muscle strength.  I will be the first to tell you that if I go to the gym, work out and don't break a sweat, I don't feel like I did anything.  Its almost like I have to sweat to know that I worked out.  I don't wear makeup when I go. I typically take off all my jewelry, especially my rings, because my fingers swell.  Ball cap of course, just because I always have.  Sunglasses are a must if I am outside.  My clothes don't even match half the time.  I'm not there to impress anyone.  I'm sure that the first time Amber, that I work with, met me to run may have been frightened.....hahahahaha. 

Life is crazy at the moment and getting in my runs is difficult at times but determination will over rule that!!!!!!!!

I have 2 new friends I have met and they have a fitness buisiness.  I am going to ask them to write a post or two.  I'm really hoping they will.  You can't help but be motivated by them.  I'll keep you posted!!!!!
