Here is a list of some different restaurants that we frequent. I'm sure there are more that I need to add. I am using the My Fitness Pal App and thought I would be good the other day and was going to have the Hubby pick me up 2 bean burritos from Taco Bell. That couldn't be that bad.......WRONG!!!!! 2 of them would have cost me almost 700 calories................NOT HAVING THAT!!!!!! Opted for 2 soft chicken taco's!!!!! I could not believe it!!!!!!!!!!! Makes you think twice!
Our McDonald's now has the calorie count on the menu. Talk about making you think twice before you order!!!!!! Fast food is a part of our life. Making wise and smart choices are the key!!!!!
