OK, well this was fun trying to figure out exactly what to put on this day. Something I keep reading and seeing a lot posted all over Facebook and Pinterest and even on Twitter for that matter. AMRAP. The first time I saw AMRAP I thought it was a typo to be honest. But then the more I read the more I thought it was an awesome workout. As Many Reps As Possible. (See...no typo..hahaha) So here is your challenge. I think it something fun. Something you can do inside or outside. I know here in Mississippi today, they are advising people to stay inside and don't go outside due to the heat and humidity. So here is your Workout Wednesday AMRAP!!!!! How many can you do??????
