I can not believe it!!!!! I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY!!!!! It has been just incredible!!!!!! I have loved every moment. Every day of sweat-slinging workouts!!!!!!!
I have come to the realization that I am about where I am going to be. It has been very difficult to come to this reality but it is what it is. I know that sounds crazy. I'm not a toothpick. I'm not obese. I'm who I am. AND I'm ok with that. Yes, there are days I wish I was thinner and there be a day when I reach that point but for now......THIS IS ME!!!!!
It's been crazy the last 4 weeks but the plus side is that we are moving to a house!!!!!! We like our apartment and we have THE BEST neighbors EVER!!!! At the same time, I will not have to worry about doing Burpees, Jump Squats, Jumping Jacks etc and sounding like I am coming through the ceiling of the neighbors underneath!!!!!
SOOOO, what is next? At the moment, my plan is to continue on with my Les Mills Combat and throw in some P90X. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Nope!!!! Not at all! It's going to be awesome. My Challenge Group has 30 more days. Let's Keep It Real!!!!!! It's just some more added sweat!!!!!!
Of course there will be days of some running in there as well. I'm hitting the pavement and the treadmill and loving every minute of that. There are so many places around here to run! It is just fantastic! Of course, I had fun with National Day of Running! It was so much fun and I ran that day, not for time, but for those friends and family that can't for whatever reason!!!!!

Starting p90X 3 July 1st. Today I swam a 1/4 mile in pool. Trying to get my muscles to relax.
