Post H&C

SOOOOOO- I finished Hammer and Chisel.  I have to be honest.....it took me a while to process exactly what all I learned, what I can do now that I couldn't do before, what I would do different when I tackle it for Round 2.  So let's do this....
First-
What did I learn?  

  • I had no upper arm strength.(I'm talking 5 pounds)
  • Autumn and Sagi are AWESOME  Trainers! (21 Day Fix Trainer and Body Beast Trainer)
  • I had no endurance when there was a weight in my hand
  • I like to preview before actually doing the DVD/BOD that morning
What can I do now that I couldn't before?
  • I started out with 5 pound weights and ended with 15 pound weights
  • I can do more push ups
  • I can do more arm work than I EVER thought possible
  • I have balance
  • I have agility
  • I can do whatever I set my mind to.
  • I have one body and it's up to me to take care of it
  • I experienced Power Lifting Moves that I had never done and LOVED IT!
  • I can wear a tank-top.
What will I do different next time?
  • I would either get a bench or borrow one.
  • I would be brave an PUSH harder
  • I would also INVITE A LOT more people to join me because WOMEN CAN LIFT!!!!

This is a game-changer! If you want to increase your strength, lean up and get in the best shape of your life!!!!!  It was absolutely AWESOME!!!!  I'm looking forward to the next place I have 60 days to jump on and do it again!!!!!!!
