It’s About TIME!
TIME!!!
We all have 24 hours!
We all have 1440 minutes!
We all have 86,400 seconds!
We all have the same amount of time every single day. We also all have a decision as to what we do with our 86,400 seconds in our day. Yes, there are days when we feel like we are completely out of control and it appears that we can’t seem to get ANYTHING done and our day is over and we sit on the side of the bed and wonder to ourselves....where in the world did the day go? I totally get it.
I can remember when the program T25 came out and ShaunT was on the TV saying “TIME”. I can still hear him. We have grown so accustomed to working out 10 minutes or 22 minutes with Tony Horton and 30 minutes with a whole list of other absolutely incredible trainers. We love having it “DONE” in 30 minutes and move on to our day.
When a program comes out and states that there maybe a week of workouts that are over our new “SET LIMIT”-we make a grand decision .
“I don’t have time for that.”
It could be that it is an occasional 40-50 minute workout. It could be a week of Gut-Busting 45-50 minute workout. We make a decision! We make a choice!
“I can’t”,
“I’ll just repeat a shorter workout in it’s place.”,
“I’ll so something different that day.”
OR WORSE
“I WILL JUST SKIP IT!”
So what is the point of all of this? Why are we chasing this rabbit? Well, there is a new program coming out and I have been participating in the LIVE Sneak Peek this past week on BOD (Beachbody On Demand). I am in a Facebook Group of 22,000+ people, men and women and Autumn made mention the other day that the workouts of the new program are an hour. People were FREAKING OUT!!!! These are my thoughts on watching and reading the newsfeed.
1. Working out is a choice that you make on a daily basis. It is your choice whether you want to do this or not.
2.This program is 80 DAYS! Yes, it’s longer than 3 days, 21 days, 30 days, 60 days and it’s a commitment.
3. Are you willing to commit? Are you willing to change your plans? That is hard and difficult. I can not deny that!
4. MOST IMPORTANT- How bad you want it? We watch and see these incredible results from a test group. We want that for ourselves! We share them. We encourage others to come and join us and then we have a FREAK OUT MOMENT!
So the question remains.......Just How Bad Do You Want It?
I can answer this for me. I am not answering for ANYONE ELSE! I have not spoken to anyone else about what my decision is. I did state on my Team Call the othe night that I would be doing the program. It’s also only November and this program in its entirety does not officially come out until January 15th. There is a lot that I do not know about the program yet and there is a lot to learn.
THIS IS MY PLAN-
(I will keep you updated as we go forward and get ready.)
1-Read and watch other videos, blogs and posts that other Coaches who were in the Test Group have shared.
2- Take part in any thing that is shared on BOD (Beachbody On Demand)
3- Work on my nutrition even more using my container and really thinking about what I am eating and portions.
4-Continue in the Facebook Group and read, learn, share, encourage all of the men and women in that group.
5-Share and discuss how this will effect our schedule at our house. Time for Meal Prep (we have that covered) and time for the workouts which may mean I have to get up 30 minutes earlier to get it done or it may mean that I am working out after work. Making sure Hubby is on board and maybe even doing it with me.
The bottom line—I WANT THIS AND I WANT IT BAD!!!!
