Who in the world ever thought that adding 10 minutes would change anything. It was absolutely amazing!!!!! I was amazed!
I had no idea that I could sweat so much. It was disgustingly AWESOME!!!!
I had my little sheets made in my planner to check off my containers for the nutrition plan. Each week the carbs (the little yellow container) decrease every week. This coming week, there are NO YELLOW CONTAINERS!!!!
I will be taking my pictures in the morning on Monday. I was absolutely STUNNED last week so I am ready!!!!!!
It's going to be an incredible WEEK!!!!!!!
