Bagel chips
Topped with za'atar,
a Middle Eastern mixture of sumac, sesame seeds, and herbs, these thick, crispy
chips have so much flavor there's no need for dip. (Look for za'atar in
specialty stores or use oregano, thyme, or Italian seasoning instead.)
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
2 3.5-ounce
gluten-free bagels, halved and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices
2 1/2 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons za’atar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bagel chips
in a large bowl, drizzle olive oil, and season with za’atar, tossing gently to
coat. Arrange slices in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for about 20
minutes until golden brown. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
