Tape

Tape on the floor. Something so easy and so simple is a GAME CHANGER!!!!!  Oh my goodness.  I didn't have the tape for last week.  This week I did use clear packing tape on the carpet and then marked my 3 X's on each one.  Front, Back and Middle.  During this insane workout, you have to "hit the mark". 
Like I said, last week, I didn't have it.  This week was TOTALLY different.  You really push to hit the spot and WOW what a workout! 
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE TAPE!!!!!!!
